Turkey Time!

Well, it's that time of year again. Turkey lovers rejoice!

I always love this time of year, not necessarily for the turkey, but for the football. I love to watch the games on Thursday, especially when Dallas loses. Being that the Cowboys are playing the Raiders this year on Thanksgiving, then that loss probably won't be happening. Oh well. As long as my Houston Texans continue to play well I can live with that.

The whole 4 day weekend is full of great football: some college, some pro. After watching the Patriots blow a 13 point lead when their coach made an incredible blunder, you know just about anything can happen these days. If you're not into football, then it could make for a long weekend. If you're into cooking, that might alleviate some of the time issues. Nothing like a good pumpkin pie to drown your sorrows in when your team gets pounded!
