Time for some football!

Yes, school starts up, the weather starts changing, and time for some football!

I have waited anxiously all year for football season, so my Houston Texans can get out there and start there run for the Super Bowl. Well, okay, maybe run for the first pick in next year's draft. After their horrible loss at home to the Jets, that's what it's looking like. As a football fan though, there were some interesting games this past week. The Broncos winning a game in a very dramatic fashion, the Steelers and Titans in a bruiser, the Raiders looking good but losing for the 13th time in a row to the Chargers. We could be in for an interesting season.

I did draft my fantasy football team, and I was pretty happy with the team I ended up with. Fantasy football throw's such a twist to the season, as you may have a player on your team who is from the hated enemie's team, but when they score four touchdowns and rack up a ton of points for your fantasy team, you feel somewhat bittersweet about it. I only ended up with one player from the Texans, so I will probably do pretty good this year.

Here's to hoping we have as good of a season as the start has been.
