Well, as you can tell, OFCU's members and staff are having quite a time with our current loan promotion. OFCU's members brought in over $1,000,000 in loans for the month of April. May is off to a good start and we would like to bring in an additional $2,000,000 this month.

In mid-May, OFCU will be involved in the annual new car sale at the Otero County Fairgrounds. Local dealers, Desert Sun Motors, Vision Ford and Jack Key Motors will be participating. This event gives OFCU members who buy a vehicle a 1/4 point discount off of our already low auto rates. Stop by the Fairgrounds sale and see if you can find the vehicle of your dreams!

Also coming up in May is OFCU's annual Memorial Day Madness Charity Golf Tournament. All proceeds this year will go to benefit local area college students in the form of scholarships. The tournament is on Monday, May 26. The format consists of 6 holes of 2 best net balls, 6 holes of scramble, and 6 holes of alternate shot. Teams will consist of 4 players, and will be flighted. Entry fee is $25 plus green fee and cart. There will be long drive and closest to the pin prizes as well. Come on out and enjoy yourself and help a great cause!
