If you haven't already signed up for the OFCU Memorial Day Madness Scholarship Golf Tournament, you still have time to do so. Call the Desert Lakes Pro Shop at 437-0290 to sign up your team. All proceeds benefit local area college students.
This is our 12th annual tournament, and OFCU will raise $5,000 to award to college students in the southern New Mexico area. This tournament has a unique format for the golfers who play. 4 man teams play the first six holes with the 2 best balls being counted, the second six holes are in a scramble format, and the last six holes are alternate shot. So, if you're looking to play in a tournament with a different format, then come out on Memorial Day and support a good cause!
